The Text message for unanswered calls gives you the option to receive a text message with information about the numbers from which you have received calls, while your phone has been switched off or you were unavailable. The text message will only be sent with your approval.

WHAT WILL PEOPLE WHO CALL YOU HEAR?

While you cannot be reached, callers will hear the following information:

 

“The call recipient is currently unavailable. Please wait for the signal if you want to send a free text message about your call... Signal... your text message has been sent.””

 

The text message will only be sent after listening to the signal.

The service will be automatically activated for subscribers, who activated the Voice mail service.

HOW WILL YOU RECEIVE INFORMATION FROM ZZ?

If you have received one call, switching on the phone, you will receive the following SMS:
You were called by: ‘+3712XXXXXXX’ - 02/10 at 11:05.

If you have received several calls from one and the same number, you will receive the following SMS:
You were called by: ‘+3712XXXXXXX’ - 5 times, the last time was on 02/10 at 11:06.

The caller’s phone number will be specified as the sender of the text message.

Informational text messages will be saved in the text message system for seven days, after which undelivered text messages will be deleted.

WHO CAN USE THE SERVICE?

The service will be automatically activated for subscribers, who activated the Voice mail service. The service Text message for unanswered calls is not compatible with the Voice mail service. This means that when users with active Voice mail activate the Text message for unanswered calls service, the Voice mail will be deactivated.

HOW CAN I ACTIVATE AND DEACTIVATE THE SERVICE?

If you no longer wish to use Voice mail, but prefer to use the Text message for unanswered calls service, it can be activated simply by entering the key combination *115# and pressing the call button. Further instructions will be visible on the phone screen.
