Lost Card
Don’t despair if you lose your ZZ. Because YOUR NUMBER CAN’T BE LOST!
This is what you should do: (1) come to any Tele2 customer service centre; (2) give us the main password of the lost card, and YOUR NUMBER WILL BE SAFELY YOURS AGAIN! You will receive a new SIM card for a service charge of LVL 1.00.
Your ZZ card calls are totally confidential, which is why you cannot receive call statements.
