Card Security

To prevent anyone from using your ZZ without your permission, you are advised to replace the common system PIN with one of your own choosing. This is what you have to do:

• press the following keys: (*) (*) (0) (4) (*);
• enter the old PIN (0000) and (*);
• enter your own new PIN and press (*);
• re-enter the new PIN and press (#);
• your new PIN may consist of four to eight characters;
• memorise your PIN and do not disclose it to anyone!
   

If your ZZ card has suddenly been blocked, and if even assistance by phone does not help, come and renew it at our Tele2 customer Centres.
